More than 20 years job experience in food & cooking industry. 

- Acquired cook license certified in Japan during university hood.

- After graduation of university in Japan, worked for cooking studio in Tokyo as cooking instructor mainly for modern Japanese recipe.

- Worked as food consultant at a food consulting & restaurant management company in Tokyo.

- After some blank period with living in Sweden(Married, accompanied with husband, and got a son in Sweden and so on.), managed own cooking class in Japan mainly using Italian cooking recipe for several years.

- In 2007, moved to Frankfurt am Main with family.

- July 2010, Started own cooking studio business in Dusseldorf.
